Message from the Regional Director
REGIONAL DIRECTOR (SR)
Dear Aspirants,
The Southern Regional office of the Commission located at Chennai has been addressing the aspirations of the candidates from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, since 1977.
As part of our endeavour, we have been giving wide publicity for the examinations being conducted by the Commission through the print and electronic media, besides the ready access to information available at our Chennai office. However, as increasing number of aspirants from urban, rural and remote areas seek their employment opportunities in the Government sector, we are also aware of the limitations of the traditional means of access to information. I am happy that through the launch of this website, we seek to overcome this limitation. And I hope this website would certainly fulfill the information needs of the general public and the candidates, especially from the Southern Region.
I would request you to make effective use of this facility. This is just a beginning and as we move forward, I am sure this website would evolve into a vibrant and effective means of communication.
